The coffee shop functions as a regular coffee shop but with a difference! It offers work experience training for vulnerable and disadvantaged people including those with complex needs. It is also a community venue and safe place for young people, those with complex mental health needs and adults with learning difficulties who need support.

The Cavern hosts a wide range of activities including live music, games nights, and an out of hours mental health drop in.

The Cavern is open 10am-11pm 6 days a week and 4pm-11pm on a Sunday so shift work will be required.

The role is for 35 hours (7 hour shifts).
