Who We Are Our Team Louise Tully-Middleton About Louise When Louise left school, she trained as a chef and lived in London for 15 years cooking. Louise's two claims to fame are working with Graham Norton and having cooked for the Queen. After leaving London, Louise had a change of career and trained as a teacher and eventually she became a head teacher of several SEN schools. It is Louise's passion to help young people achieve their potential, our future. Currently, Louise spends some time in the mountains of Northern Spain, renovating a farmhouse and looking after her bees and avoiding being stung!
