About Esme

Esme is one of the Deputy Managers of The Cavern, she joined us in June 2022. She previously worked at a drug and alcohol rehab charity across Gloucestershire. What led her to work at The Cavern was a sense of community support that is desperately needed for vulnerable individuals and to create a space where everyone is safe and respected.

Outside of work, Esme enjoys talking to pigeons.
