About Esme

Esme is our deputy manager of The Cavern, she joined us in June 2022. She previously worked at a drug and alcohol rehab gathering case studies from clients and managing the company brand. She previously worked in London on several rough sleeper projects and then as a cleaner whilst finishing a politics degree. What led her to work at The Cavern was a sense of community support that is desperately needed for vulnerable individuals and to create a space where everyone is safe and respected.

Outside of work, Esme enjoys reading Agatha Christie novels, political campaigning and researching atomic energy.
