Springboard is a 6 session confidence building course which takes place in a relaxed, informal environment.  Using a variety of techniques and touching on everyday situations, this course is ideal for people wanting to develop their sense of confidence, improve their communication skills, prepare for job interviews or work situations. Springboard is run by Sally Collis.

Where

Kingfisher Treasure Seekers often hosts 'Springboard' courses in its buildings in Westgate Street. We are able to run courses at other locations, such as schools, upon request.
